What Is SRT?

Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT) is a gentle yet profound energy-based practice designed to clear old patterns, fears, and energetic blocks that may be holding you back.

It works on a spiritual and subconscious level, reaching areas that the conscious mind may not easily access.

Using a pendulum and specialized charts, the practitioner explores the subconscious and what SRT describes as the records of the Soul. Through this process, limiting programs, beliefs, and memories associated with self-expression, joy, and personal growth are identified and released.

A session lasts approximately one hour and can take place either online or in person. Within the SRT approach, both formats are considered equally effective.

There is nothing you need to do or prepare. The process is gentle and non-invasive, involving no physical intervention or discomfort.

Anna's Approach

Anna Sideri draws on her extensive experience in yoga and meditation to work as an intuitive channel, connecting with and interpreting the energetic fields of her clients. Through this process, she may receive insights and information that have not been consciously shared with her.

Using this intuitive guidance, she supports people in gaining greater clarity, making choices that feel aligned with them, and approaching personal challenges with confidence and a sense of direction.

For Whom Is It For?

SRT may be for you if you feel that something within you is ready for greater clarity, freedom, and a new sense of direction.

It can offer a supportive space for those who:

• Find themselves experiencing the same patterns in relationships — whether romantic, family, friendships, or professional — and feel ready for something to change.

• Feel stuck in their career, life path, or uncertain about what their next step should be.

• Experience limiting beliefs or fears around money, scarcity, receiving, or abundance.

• Carry emotional heaviness, self-doubt, low self-esteem, self-criticism, or persistent thoughts that are difficult to let go of.

• Experience recurring health or well-being concerns and wish to explore their experience from an energetic and spiritual perspective.

• Feel drawn to exploring past lives, soul memories, and the deeper spiritual roots of patterns or blocks that may be influencing their present.

What SRT Has To Offer?

• Healing and releasing past emotional wounds
• Letting go of fears rooted in childhood
• Clearing limiting beliefs that may be holding you back
• Finding relief from emotional burdens
• Releasing subconscious blocks and patterns
• Creating healthier relationships and greater clarity
• Cultivating a deeper sense of inner peace

• More freedom to express who you truly are and step into your fullest potential

How Does a Session Work?

During an SRT session, the practitioner uses a pendulum and specialized charts as tools for exploring subconscious patterns and what SRT describes as energetic influences.

Within the SRT approach, this process is intended to bring awareness to patterns, beliefs, or experiences that may feel connected to present-day challenges. The session does not require you to relive difficult events or revisit painful memories in detail.

SRT is a gentle, non-invasive spiritual practice with no physical intervention. Some people describe feeling lighter, calmer, or more clear-minded after a session, although each person’s experience is unique. SRT is intended as a complementary spiritual and personal-growth practice and is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

How Many Sessions Do I Need?

Every person is unique, and so is their journey.

Some people begin to notice gentle shifts after just one or two sessions, while others feel that they would benefit from giving themselves more time and space to explore deeper or recurring patterns.

There is no “right” number of sessions and no need to rush. We will decide together on a pace and frequency that feels comfortable and supportive for you, always keeping your personal needs and priorities at the heart of the process. You are encouraged to move at your own pace, focusing first on what feels most important to you. Each session is an opportunity to create a little more space for clarity, ease, and a deeper connection with yourself.

How Long Is a Session and What's the Cost?

Your first SRT session is a dedicated hour just for you — a gentle space to explore what feels important and begin your journey with clarity and intention. The session lasts approximately one hour and costs €70, including VAT.

You are welcome to choose the setting that feels most comfortable for you. Sessions are available both in person and online, so you can connect from wherever you feel most at ease. Payment can be made in person, by bank transfer, or via Revolut. For online sessions, payment is kindly requested at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you feel ready to begin, you are warmly invited to take that first step at your own pace.

In the end, SRT can feel like opening a door where you once believed there was only a wall.

As old patterns begin to soften and emotional weight starts to feel lighter, you may find yourself reconnecting with your own path — the one that has always been there, quietly waiting beneath the noise, the fear, and the stories of the past.

A session can be more than a moment of relaxation. It can offer an opportunity to shift your perspective, reconnect with your inner world, and create space for something new.

A little closer to your soul. A little closer to the strength that already lives within you. A little closer to a life with more freedom, flow, and room to breathe.

And perhaps this is where your next chapter begins — gently, at your own pace, and with space to simply be yourself. If something within you feels ready for change, you are warmly invited to explore what may be waiting on the other side of that door.
