ANNA SIDERI
Energy Healer
Yoga Teacher
For Anna Sideri, yoga is more than a practice — it is a way of returning to herself, listening more deeply, and bringing greater awareness into everyday life.
She teaches yoga while maintaining a dedicated personal practice that brings together movement, meditation, and energy-based approaches. Over the years, she has trained in Iyengar, Anusara, and Hatha Yoga, learning from teachers including Christine Lolas, Vivi Letsou, and Michalis Filinis.
Rather than approaching every student in the same way, Anna draws from this experience to create practices that respond to the individual — their body, their needs, their experience, and where they are in that particular moment.
Her own journey of learning continues through the study of Sanskrit texts, Vibration Yoga, and dynamic meditation practices, which form part of her ongoing exploration of self-awareness, inner balance, release, and personal growth.
For Anna, teaching begins with personal practice. What she shares with others is rooted not only in what she has studied, but in what she continues to explore, practice, and experience in her own life.
Since 2014, Reiki has been an important part of Anna’s personal and professional journey, both as a practitioner and as a teacher. Over the years, it has become deeply woven into her approach to energy, presence, and personal well-being.
In 2018, she began exploring shamanic-inspired practices, drawing inspiration from the work of Alberto Villoldo. This became an important part of her own inner journey, offering new ways to explore personal experiences, emotional wounds, and patterns from the past.
In 2021, Anna continued her journey with Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT). She completed her training through the Spiritual Response Association (SRA) and is a certified SRT practitioner, having completed both the Certified Practitioner and Advanced Practitioner levels.
Each of these practices has brought a different dimension to Anna’s path. Together with yoga and meditation, they have shaped the way she works today — bringing together knowledge, personal experience, intuition, and an approach that respects the individuality of every person she works with.
Anna has been teaching yoga continuously since 2009 and working with energy-based practices since 2014, offering both individual and group sessions thoughtfully adapted to the needs, experience, and personal journey of each person.
Her classes and sessions are guided by a strong commitment to **quality, safety, and mindful practice**, while going beyond technique alone. At the heart of her approach is what she describes as **“conscious learning”** — developing greater awareness of the body, the breath, the inner world, and one’s own experience of energy.
For Anna, these practices offer an opportunity to know ourselves more deeply, let go of patterns that may no longer serve us, recognize our inner resources, and create meaningful change in the way we relate to ourselves and our lives.
Ultimately, her intention is to support each person in becoming more connected with themselves — cultivating greater self-awareness, inner strength, freedom, and personal and spiritual growth. This deeper connection lies at the heart of both her teaching and her energy-based work.
Anna also creates and facilitates self-awareness workshops for women, offering a supportive space to explore their relationship with femininity, reconnect with parts of themselves that may have been hurt or neglected, and cultivate greater self-worth, confidence, and inner strength.
Her work is rooted in the intention to empower women — encouraging them to listen to their own needs, reconnect with their inner voice, and move through life with greater awareness and trust in themselves.
Since 2020, Anna has also maintained a Facebook community where she shares guided meditations and offers energy-based practices free of charge. The initiative began during the COVID-19 pandemic, at a time when many people were experiencing uncertainty, isolation, and emotional strain.
What began as a simple wish to offer comfort and support during a difficult period has continued as a space for connection, meditation, and shared practice — reflecting Anna’s belief that care, presence, and human connection are especially meaningful when they are shared.
